Предыдущая часть (Parndana Wildlife Park). Это заключительная часть: про Emu Bay, Kingscote и пара кадров из Penneshaw. 2011.01.04. Остановились не на долго на пляже Emu Bay. Кроме пеликанов тут смотреть нечего. Прохладно.

Вечер провели в прогулках по Kingscote, по крайней мере Я. Пока не стемнело побродил по пустынным улочкам. Всё ещё с открытым ртом смотрел на стаи бело-розово-серых попугаев, сидящих на проводах и на лужайках. К ним сложно привыкнуть.

Вечером затисались на экскурсию по поиску пингвинов на охраняемый пляж. Бродили в темноте с красным фонариком у гида – типа его пингвины не видят. Тут какой-то небольшой вид пингвинов обитает, видели в результате с десяток взрослых и больших птенцов.

Утром по дороге на паром заехали в мёдный магазин “Island Beehive”, затарились мёдом. Он, кстати, ничем не примечателен по вкусу, и разнообразия тут никакого.

Кстати6 за 4 дня тут я жутко соскучился по Наггетсам!!! Жду не дождусь возвращения на континент =)
