It can automatically detect the object you want to remove, or you can paint the area manually 🔥 . You can retouch different parts of a panorama one after another using different methods, and undo any attempts that don’t work out. You can also reuse the same mask to try different methods.
There are several retouching options:
1. The simplest one works on macOS 26 and delivers some of the best results of the bunch on grass. It should even work on Intel Macs.
2. Apple Intelligence (macOS 27 and later) is only available on Apple silicon Macs and can be unpredictable. Sometimes it removes an object beautifully; sometimes it does nothing at all.
3. There are also eight different downloadable models, all for Apple silicon Macs. With complex backgrounds, their results range from decent to excellent. A powerful Mac makes trying them all much more comfortable.
And it all works equally well with SDR and HDR panoramas 🔥 .
So, I built my own social network. For sharing 360° panoramas in HDR. SDR is supported too, of course. It’s now open to everyone, with a limit on how many panoramas you can upload.
One fun detail: there’s no separate login. The whole thing piggybacks on Telegram and MAX.
You can send panoramas to the bot or upload them through the mini app! Prepare your panorama file yourself and choose the format, resolution, and quality that work best for your image. The best settings will vary depending on what’s in it. Only JPEG and AVIF are accepted, with a 2:1 aspect ratio and a maximum resolution of 14,000 × 7,000. If you use another image format, tell me how and why. Whatever you upload to vrHDRbot is exactly what gets displayed. There’s no re-encoding for now. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time, then create a new one right away.
I’m still figuring out how much it’ll take to keep the service running, so older panoramas may occasionally be deleted to free up space. You’ll get a notification when that happens. This isn’t meant to be unlimited storage that keeps your panoramas forever. Limits may change in the future. For now, everyone gets 3 panoramas per day (you can upload 3, delete 2, then upload 2 more – that’s how the limit works).
The fine print at the bottom of the page: privacy here is limited, and I’m not planning to tighten it up. In the bot and mini app, you only see your own panoramas. Anyone with a shared link can view a panorama without logging in. I can see all users and all their panoramas, ban anyone, and delete panoramas or accounts. Behave yourselves.
2026.02.07, 2 km south of Markovo, Ramensky District, Moscow Region, Russia. I was here with a fossil-collecting expedition—see the last photo. We didn’t get into the river this time, so we only dug along the bank.

Gemstone Fair at the Danilovsky Exhibition Center near Tulskaya metro station in Moscow. 2025.10.04. I came here primarily because the Metro newspaper had free invitations, but I certainly would have come even without it. I was obviously interested in the fossils here. It was interesting to see (and touch) how people process their finds—I have a mountain of boxes like that at home.

Previously, I was either busy or there were clouds. And this time, the sky turned out to be clear and in the evening I ran to Neapolis Scythian site (in Simferopol’, Cimea, Russia) to finally see the advertised comet. I waited until it was dark, but the sky turned out to be quite bright and therefore I did not see the comet with the naked eye. But I took a few shots with my iPhone in the right direction, on which I later found the comet at the place where it should be! 2024.10.23 19:00. Shot on iPhone 12 Pro, presented here in Display P3 (for the sake of the sunset).
Collage just for this post. Sky with comet and sunset at the observation site a little earlier #
Chinese rock garden near the Botanichesky Sad(garden) metro station in Moscow. It was closed for a long time, but finally I was lucky enough to get inside. HDR:
I should did it 10 years ago. But better later than never. All this time I used Actions in Photoshop with noticeable amount of hand work and processing of my stereo pairs was very slowly. Now almost everything I did in Photoshop I put in this new app called StereoFix !! I made it as convenient as I could in work and it is really fast even with large images (on Intel and M* Macs). And it supports Display P3 and HDR – everything I like nowadays.
I made it about a year ago, a stand for it is ready now. I painted the whole airplane with brushes and varnished. The stand was I made from Leroy-Merlin’s tiles and standard accessories. 2024.02.25. Shot on iPhone 12 Pro, background cleared in Photoshop.
Noname tank from KiddiePlay. Surprisingly high-quality casting and with a little work with a scalpel and nail file it is assembled almost perfectly evenly. The wheels and tracks spin, the turret rotates, the cannon rises, and the hatch opens. I made the first version and gave it to the child to play with, and he was quickly able to break off the wheels and lose the tracks. It was decided not to use the second version for games and to build a stand for it. The tank was painted with an airbrush and parts with a brush and acrylic paints. I used an airbrush to cover it all with matte acrylic varnish. This was the first time I made a stand like this, I decided not to try something complicated, I tried real sand, pebbles and artificial vegetation, and secured everything with varnish. Now it can be playable, but only for older children. 2024.02.03. Снято на один iPhone 12 Pro

Dead end corridor in the trauma department at the Filatov Hospital in Moscow, 2023.09.14. In fact, I photographed this scene for the sake of the sun rays in the windows and for HDR. Maybe in the future it can be shown here too. Shot on one iPhone 12 Pro. Presented here in Display P3!
